DRPT’s online grants administration system, "OLGA", allows eligible recipients to apply for public
transportation funding online. It is our goal to provide complete, online grant administration capabilities for rail and
public transportation within the next couple of years.
OLGA 3 (https://olga.drpt.virginia.gov), the latest version, is in the final stages of development and is
scheduled to be released in November 2006. With OLGA 3, grantees will benefit from a whole new list of features and improvements. Grantees will be able to conduct online
payment and invoicing transactions, review transaction statements, and more.
OLGA 3 will include grant applications for public transportation and commuter service grants, and will soon add rail enhancement and support grants.
